Anti-spam policy

This policy applies to LAVIE MAISON SASU (SIREN 877 555 334, 18 rue de l’Échiquier, 75010 Paris, France), to every website and domain we operate or redirect to our sites (lavie.maison, agence-bnb.com, lavie-maison.net, booklavie.com, booklaviemaison.com, staylaviemaison.com, laviemaison-paris.com, laviemaisonparis.com, lavie-maison-paris.com, agence-bnbconseil.com, agence-bnbfrance.com, agence-bnbgestion.com, agence-bnbgroupe.com, agence-bnbimmo.com, agence-bnbparis.com, lagence-bnb.com, agence-bnbonline.com, myagence-bnb.com, theagence-bnb.com), and to any partner, agency or affiliate acting on our behalf.

1. No unsolicited bulk email to consumers

We never send marketing email to private individuals who have not asked for it. Travellers and property owners receive only transactional and service messages related to their booking or contract, plus newsletters they have explicitly subscribed to and can leave in one click.

2. Business-to-business messages

Occasional business messages may be sent to professionals at their professional address, only when the subject relates to their function (French Posts and Electronic Communications Code, art. L34-5). Every message names the sender, the company and its postal address, explains why the recipient is contacted and offers a free, immediate opt-out (a one-word reply is enough). Opt-outs are honoured within 48 hours and shared across all our campaigns. Recipient lists are small, verified before use and never bought as bulk lists.

3. Third parties and affiliates

Nobody is authorised to advertise our websites, domains or services through unsolicited email, SMS or instant messaging. Any partner found doing so is terminated immediately and reported to its provider.

4. Authentication and monitoring

Our sending domains are authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Outbound volumes, bounce rates and complaint rates are monitored; addresses that bounce or complain are suppressed permanently.

5. Reporting abuse

To report a message you believe breaches this policy, forward it with its full headers to the address below. We answer within two business days and remove the address from every list we hold.
