Every one is rented ready to live in: hotel-grade linen and towels, an equipped kitchen, fast wifi, a professional clean before arrival, and self check-in at any hour. How much does a short-term rental cost in Paris?

It depends on the season, the size and the street. As a guide: studios and one-bedroom flats for two start around €80 to €140 a night; one-bedrooms for four run €130 to €250; two-bedroom apartments €150 to €400; three- and four-bedroom flats €330 to €500. The total you see after choosing dates is final — cleaning and city tax are already in it.

Booking direct rather than through a platform takes 5% off the nightly rate, and stays of a week or a month carry their own lower rates on most apartments.

A few nights, a few weeks or a few months

• Short stays — from one to three nights minimum depending on the flat: a weekend, a city break, a business trip.
• One to four weeks — a weekly rate applies on most apartments; a washing machine and a real kitchen make the difference by the second week.
• One month and more — relocation, a mission, works at home, a term in Paris: see our monthly furnished apartments, rented under a mobility lease (bail mobilité) where it applies.

• The 16th and the 17th — residential, quieter, better value.
