Step in from the street and the first thing you notice is the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom — deep, quiet, slightly absurd for a forty-square-metre flat in Nice. That's the tone.
Two bedrooms, a sauna, full air conditioning for the August stretch. The kitchen is properly kitted out: oven, dishwasher, wine glasses lined up like the team expects you to actually cook.
The Promenade des Anglais is a short walk south. Closer still, the Cours Saleya flower market sets up most mornings — go early for socca straight from Chez Thérésa, before the crowds find it.
It sleeps six, suits a small family or three friends on a long weekend, and pets are welcome. Ground floor, so expect a little street hum through the living room window — and a very long soak whenever you want one.

Aceitável Positive: A localização é muito boa e o anfitrião mostrou-se disponível. Após o check out deixei por engano o passaporte no alojamento e foram muito gentis e avisaram-me do mesmo e ainda consegui voltar lá para o ir buscar antes do meu voo. Negative: O principal ponto negativo do alojamento é a falta de limpeza, as camas tinham os lençóis e as colchas sujas e tivemos que os meter na máquina de lavar para conseguir dormir.

The rental was in an excellent location in a quiet and safe area and really close to the sea. I was pleasantly surprised how close it was to the promenade. There were also shops and cafes within a short walking distance which is very convenient. We really found no need to take public transportation except to and from the airport.They have excellent communication and did so every step of the way. They were very accomodating and mindful of our needs.The rental itself has everything one needs.

de passage à Nice pour plusieurs semaine dans le cadre du boulot, le séjour dans l'appartement s'est très bien déroulé. malgré quelques petits couacs, notre hôte s'est toujours montré très réactif pour résoudre les petits soucis et c'était très appréciable. Le logement est parfaitment situé, au calme et est à proximité de nombreux commerces. L'accès direct à la Promenade est un réel avantage Vous apprécierez également le bain à jets et la cabine de sauna
