This apartment welcomes your animal companion.
The ground floor opens straight off the street — no stairs, no lift, just keys in the lockbox and you're in.
Two bedrooms, a single level, and the small luxury of a jacuzzi tub at the end of a long walking day. Air-conditioning, a proper kitchen, blackout curtains for the morning after. Pets welcome, and a travel cot for the very small ones.
You're in the Haut Marais, which means Marché des Enfants Rouges is a five-minute walk for Moroccan tagine at lunch. Rue de Bretagne handles the rest — wine, cheese, an espresso standing at the zinc.
Built for a family of four or a couple of friends sharing the city. What stays with you is the bath, late, after everyone else has gone to bed.
Step outside and the rue is already awake — the boulangerie on the corner pulling its first fournée, scooters threading past the green awnings of Le Progrès, a man in slippers reading Le Parisien outside the tabac. The Haut-Marais wears its mornings quietly: shuttered galleries, the smell of coffee from somewhere upstairs, the slow shuffle of someone walking a dog along rue de Bretagne.
Halfway down that street is the Marché des Enfants Rouges, Paris's oldest covered marché, open since 1615 and still the place l'équipe sends guests on a Sunday. Skip the lunch queues and go in the matin — a coffee from Café Méricourt's stall, a fig and a wedge of comté from the fromager near the back entrance.

Fabulous!! Positive: Before the trip startend I had contact with Lavie Maison. They are so friendly and take away all your sorrows by answering all my questions . The appartment is so cute and very clean. Bathroom with bath and shower, two gedroomd with great beds. More than enough towels, soap and shampoo. Everything you need to make a meal or breakfast is available in the appartement. Tea and coffee and even a bottel of wine in the refrigarator.

New, comfortable, & walking distance to shops, restaurants/bakeries, attractions, public transport Positive: Although it is a small apartment, it had all the necessities and was very comfortable. The apartment is renovated and has all new appliances and furniture. The beds were very comfortable, including the pull-out couch in the living room. Fast response from the host. We had some difficulty with the washer/dryer unit but found they provide helpful how-to videos for all the appliances.

Highly recommend this place! The room looked just like the photos on Airbnb. The location is great—just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to get into the city. It’s in a peaceful neighborhood. The room itself was quite new and very comfortable. One minor issue we had was with the key—unlocking the door was a bit difficult at first, but we could get over it.
