Nineteen square metres, and the first thing you clock is the jacuzzi tub — a small indulgence tucked into a very Parisian footprint.
Air conditioning hums quietly overhead. The kitchen is properly fitted, the bed made up in fresh linen, and everything sits on one level with a private entrance and self check-in whenever your train pulls in.
Ternes is the calmer face of the 17e — the covered Marché des Ternes for oysters and cheese in the morning, then a ten-minute walk down Avenue Mac-Mahon to the Arc de Triomphe.
Best for a couple, or two friends who want a real Paris address without the Marais crowds. What stays with you: soaking in the tub after a long day of walking, windows open onto le quartier.
Step out and the 17e greets you at a slower tempo than the avenues suggest — wide Haussmann pavements, a florist setting out buckets of peonies before 8h, the low clatter of espresso cups at the zinc bar on rue Poncelet. The Arc sits close enough that you catch it at the end of the street, framed between rooftops, when the light is right.
Walk five minutes to the Marché Poncelet, the pedestrian stretch where the quartier does its shopping every morning except Monday. Stop at Alléosse for the cheese — ask for a wedge of Comté aged 24 months and a Brillat-Savarin, and eat them back at la maison with a bottle from the caviste two doors down.

The flat is housed on a street a few minutes walk from Marc de Triomphe. Easy to find (there are road works at present but it’s 2 minutes from the main road where taxi’s will drop you). Loads of amenities. The shower pressure is truly great & the jacuzzi amazing. The hot water tends to run out fast so be aware. Towel radiator is very effective so towel dries in hours. Loads of towels supplied and very lovely smelling shampoo which seems to have built in conditioner too.

Estadia em casal com 2 filhos (11 e 07anos). A residência condiz com o anúncio. Tudo em ordem, apenas dois pontos a levar em consideração. A residência comporta confortavelmente 3 pessoas. A quarta pessoa terá que colocar o colchão no chão da sala impedindo a circulação e também terá restrições de espaço para as malas de 4 pessoas. Outro ponto é o aquecimento de água.

It's a nice small well equipped one bedroom apartment located on the ground floor. I would personally say it's good for two people and a child. I think four adults would feel crowded. Overall a very convenient place to stay in Paris if you want to be close to several Metro/RER lines and not far from Arc de Triomphe. There's a decent size grocery store right across the street for those who want it. The bathtub looked very inviting though I didn't use it.
