A ground-floor studio where the jacuzzi does the talking. Nineteen square metres, but the whirlpool bath makes it feel like a private spa tucked into the 17ᵉ.
Air conditioning keeps the space cool; a fitted kitchen means you can skip the dinner reservation when you'd rather stay in. The interior leans modern — clean lines, nothing fussy.
The Arc de Triomphe is a ten-minute walk down Avenue de Wagram, past the cafés and tabacs that give this corner of Paris its village-in-the-city feel.
Best for a couple who want the monuments close but the evenings quiet — soak, sleep, repeat.
Step out and the 17e announces itself quietly: wide Haussmann pavements, a tabac on the corner already busy at 7h, the smell of butter from a boulangerie before you've turned the key. Avenue de Wagram pulls south toward the Arc; head the other way and the streets narrow into Batignolles, where school kids cut through with baguettes under their arms.
For le matin, walk to Rue de Lévis — a market street that's been feeding the quartier for over a century. Stop at one of the cafés for a noisette and a slice of flan; it's the kind of place where the patron knows the regulars by their order, and by Saturday the whole street smells of rotisserie chicken.

The flat is housed on a street a few minutes walk from Marc de Triomphe. Easy to find (there are road works at present but it’s 2 minutes from the main road where taxi’s will drop you). Loads of amenities. The shower pressure is truly great & the jacuzzi amazing. The hot water tends to run out fast so be aware. Towel radiator is very effective so towel dries in hours. Loads of towels supplied and very lovely smelling shampoo which seems to have built in conditioner too.

Estadia em casal com 2 filhos (11 e 07anos). A residência condiz com o anúncio. Tudo em ordem, apenas dois pontos a levar em consideração. A residência comporta confortavelmente 3 pessoas. A quarta pessoa terá que colocar o colchão no chão da sala impedindo a circulação e também terá restrições de espaço para as malas de 4 pessoas. Outro ponto é o aquecimento de água.

It's a nice small well equipped one bedroom apartment located on the ground floor. I would personally say it's good for two people and a child. I think four adults would feel crowded. Overall a very convenient place to stay in Paris if you want to be close to several Metro/RER lines and not far from Arc de Triomphe. There's a decent size grocery store right across the street for those who want it. The bathtub looked very inviting though I didn't use it.
