Rue de la Fédération wakes early — the clink of cups at the corner café, the bakery shutters going up, the 15e finding its rhythm before the tourists arrive.
Forty-three square metres, two bedrooms, and the surprise of a jacuzzi tucked into the master — the kind of detail you don't expect at this address. Air conditioning, a proper kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, and a sofa bed in the living room that takes the count to six.
Six minutes on foot to the Champ de Mars, where the Eiffel Tower does its evening light show for anyone who looks up. The quartier itself is residential, Parisian in the unselfconscious sense — marché Grenelle on Wednesdays and Sundays, bistros where the waiters know the regulars.
Best for a family or a group of friends who want a base, not a hotel. What stays with you: stepping into the jacuzzi after a long day of walking, the tower still glittering somewhere down the street.
Step out and the 15e shows its working face: mothers wheeling poussettes toward école, the boulangerie on rue du Commerce already queueing by 8h, a tabac glowing green at the corner. The buildings are Haussmann-lite, the awnings green and burgundy, and the Eiffel Tower keeps appearing — between rooftops, at the end of a street — like it forgot you'd seen it already.
Le marché on rue du Commerce runs Wednesday and Sunday mornings, and l'équipe sends guests there for one thing: a rotisserie chicken from the Breton stand, eaten later with bread torn from Maison Julien. Pair it with a half-bottle from the caviste two doors down, and you've understood why people who live in the 15e tend to stay.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, making us feel welcome the moment we arrived. The location was excellent, and everything we needed was easily accessible. Communication was always quick, friendly, and helpful, which made the entire experience stress-free. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had.

We loved our stay. The location was really perfect for us. Close enough to the Eiffel Tower that we finished every evening timing our walk home to watch the tower sparkle. But, far enough from the tower that we had lots of good food options nearby that weren't tourist traps. There's a cafe right next door that makes the perfect morning stop for your espresso. There was a boulangerie around the corner that was also delicious.

Great place! I was traveling with my family, and there was plenty of room for all of us. There is only one full bathroom, but the main room has a sink and mirror setup, which was really convenient. The apartment is beautiful, but it is right off the street, so it can get a bit noisy. I like big cities, so it didn’t bother me. There’s also an amazing Thai restaurant next door that was excellent. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.
