Light pours through the glass roof and floods the living space below, turning this Marais apartment into something that feels less like a rental and more like a private atelier.
Two bedrooms sit behind closed doors, each with a proper double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking — not just reheating — and the hot tub waits for the end of long days spent walking the quartier.
Step outside and you're minutes from the Musée Carnavalet, with the Place des Vosges just beyond. The 3e arrondissement delivers its particular mix of old stone, good coffee, and streets worth getting lost in.
A couple splitting time between galleries and late dinners, or four friends who want space to spread out — this is the kind of place you'll talk about after you leave, mostly because of that tub under the glass.
Step out and you're in the upper Marais, where rue de Bretagne does the morning work — scooters parked at angles, the fishmonger hosing down the pavement, a queue already forming at Du Pain et des Idées' little sister bakeries by 8h. The buildings lean in, pale stone and shuttered windows, and the side streets (Charlot, de Saintonge, Debelleyme) deliver you to a gallery or a natural-wine bar without warning.
The anchor is Marché des Enfants Rouges, two minutes from la maison — Paris's oldest covered market, tucked behind a green gate on rue de Bretagne. Go for lunch, not groceries: Alain's Moroccan stall does a tagine that regulars order by nodding. Closed Mondays, packed Sundays, and the espresso at the entrance counter is what l'équipe drinks before opening.

Rare find in Marais. Fresh renovation with brand new furniture and equipment. Positive: A unique find in a best location. You will hardly find anything better for that price in Marais. The apartment is freshly-renovated, equipped with everything you need. Brand new kitchen and utensils. it has iron, hair-dryer and a lot of welcome-kits (shower kit, coffee, detergents).

This property is great but it's 4/4.5 stars purely because of the bathroom. The toilet didn't have any soap dispenser, so you have to go to the bathroom with the shower to wash your hand which also didn't have any soap in the dispenser. But the most difficult thing that led to this rating is the shower. It's a bathtub not a shower, so daily use of that just gets annoying. The location is perfect, great shippingo, restaurant, Metro.

Perfect location in the Marais Positive: Stylish appartment in the Marais, walking distance to Nôtre Dame, close to metro. We liked the skylight instead of a window in the high-ceiling living room. The appartment is very clean and well equipped for up to 4 people, the hot tub has a jakuzzi. Smooth communication with the owner. Negative: Salt would be nice
