The studio is small and considered — a walk-in shower behind glass, a convertible sofa in good linen, a kitchen properly equipped down to the wine glasses. Everything on one level, rez-de-chaussée, easy to come and go.

Les Batignolles sits just east — its covered market on Saturdays, the long café terraces along rue de Lévis, Montmartre a twenty-minute walk uphill from here.

It's a studio for two: a couple on a weekend, or one traveller settling in for the week. Self check-in by keybox, l'équipe on the phone when you need us, and a quartier that still feels lived-in.

Step out and you're on the slope side of the 17e, where the avenue de Clichy starts climbing toward the Butte. The boulangerie on rue des Dames has a queue by 8h, the tabac at the corner of rue Lemercier never seems to close, and the pavements have that slightly off-grid Batignolles tilt — quieter than Montmartre proper, but the same hill is already under your feet.

For le matin, walk five minutes to the marché biologique des Batignolles on boulevard de Courcelles — Saturdays only, oysters shucked on the kerb and a rotisserie chicken that justifies the detour. Afterwards, the benches in square des Batignolles, where the locals read Libération and the herons actually nest in the pond.
