Step through the door and the first thing you notice is the woodwork — custom-built structures that fold the beds into the architecture itself, like a cabin reimagined by a Parisian ébéniste.
Forty-two square metres, cleverly stretched to sleep eight across two doubles and four singles. Two bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi tub for the end of a long walking day. Kitchen fully kitted, air conditioning for August, self check-in whenever you land.
You're on Rue Greneta, a quiet slip of a street between Sentier and Montorgueil. Walk two minutes and you're on Rue Montorgueil itself — oysters at L'Écaille, a coffee standing at the bar, the market crowd spilling into the pedestrian lane.
It suits a family who needs the beds, or a group of friends who want Le Marais on foot and a hot tub to come home to. The woodwork is the thing you'll describe when you get back.
Step outside and rue Montorgueil is already awake — the fishmonger hosing down the pavement in front of Le Bon Pêcheur, the smell of butter from Stohrer at number 51, delivery bikes weaving between the café terraces before the pedestrian barriers go up. The old covered passages of the Sentier — Passage du Caire, Passage du Grand-Cerf — sit two streets over, still half wholesale rag-trade, half quiet cut-through.
For le matin, skip the queues at Stohrer (worth it later, for the baba au rhum they've been making since 1730) and go to Terres de Café on rue des Petits Carreaux. Order the filtre, take it standing at the zinc, and watch le quartier decide what kind of day it's having.

Close to many places and things to do. Walkable. Very busy area and close to everything. Easy to escape the hustle and bustle right around the corner. Beautiful little shops close by. Modern look. Clean. Good if you don’t mind sleeping in a bunk. Beds on bottom and on top comfortable. Lots of amenities and little extras - everyone had their own shampoo etc - kitchen amenities and extras, extra towels, pillows, quilts, all spotless. Great soaker tub after long days touring around.

Went away for the weekend with a group of friends (6 total) & we all loved this accommodation so much. The location could not have been better. This is perfect for a group of friends going away for a few days. Amazing amenities - kitchen if you wanted to cook. It was so clean and the beds were so so so comfy. The location is absolutely perfect - close to great restaurants and very close to the train station. We can’t wait to come back here!!!
