Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré runs just outside the door — the same street that pulls you past Hermès, embassies, and the discreet gallery windows most people walk by without noticing.
Inside, one bedroom and a sofa bed sleep four. There's a proper kitchen with an oven and coffee machine, a workspace for the morning after, and blackout curtains that hold the light out until you're ready for it.
Walk ten minutes and you're at Parc Monceau, where locals read on benches under the plane trees. Bakeries and small traiteurs on rue de Miromesnil handle the rest of breakfast.
It suits a couple who want the 8e without the hotel lobby, or friends splitting a long weekend of galleries and long dinners. What stays with you is the address — and how quiet it feels once the door closes.
Step out and the rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré is already at work — the discreet buzz of a private gallery being unlocked, a doorman in grey suiting sweeping the pavement in front of a couture house, the smell of leather from a workshop three doors down. The pace is quieter than you'd expect for a street with this many names on it; deliveries happen at dawn, and by 10h everything looks composed.
For le matin, skip the hotel bars and walk to Verlet on rue Saint-Honoré, roasting coffee since 1880. Ask for the Moka d'Éthiopie, take it at the wooden counter, and watch the quartier's regulars — antique dealers, embassy staff, the occasional editor — collect their beans in brown paper bags on the way to work.

Dirty/Not sanatized Positive: Location is no doubt great. Negative: This property got potential to be great, however, Dirty/not clean draw it back completely. We booked for 6 nights. We found bugs under dirty bed sheets; Sofa bed got huge dirty spot don’t know what was on it; Floor got dirty hairs everywhere. This place needs professional cleaning not owner shelf touch up. If the owner hires someone doing the work, they should be fired.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Airbnb apartment in the heart of Paris. The apartment was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay in Paris. It's the perfect base for exploring this amazing city!
