Steam rises from the balneo tub as evening light slips through the window — a private ritual in the middle of the 7ème.
The apartment packs clever comfort into 25 square metres: air conditioning for summer nights, a fully equipped kitchen for mornings you'd rather stay in, and that deep soaking tub with jets when your feet have had enough of the city's cobblestones.
Step outside and you're in one of Paris's most refined arrondissements. The cafés along rue Cler keep their own hours, the market stalls pile high with cheese and charcuterie, and the Eiffel Tower is close enough to walk to on a whim.
Two couples or a small family will find the double bed and convertible sofa work well together. What stays with you is the tub — the kind of indulgence you don't expect in a city pied-à-terre.
Step out and the rue Cler is already awake — a fishmonger hosing down the pavement, the smell of roast chicken from the rôtisserie, an old man buying one croissant and reading Le Figaro standing up. The Tour Eiffel sits two streets away, but le quartier behaves as if it doesn't, which is the point.
For coffee, Café Roussillon at the corner of rue de Grenelle is the one — zinc bar, regulars in suits before 9h, an espresso drunk standing for €1.50. Order it serré and ask for a verre d'eau; that's how the neighbourhood does its mornings, and nobody has bothered to change the choreography in forty years.

Petit appartement en RDC très bien situé, à qq pas du Musée d'Orsay. Des places de parking dans la rue sont assez faciles à trouver, le quartier est calme. Le logement est très bien équipé, nous avons eu plaisir d'avoir des petits kits d'accueil (cuisine, café, SDB), c'était très propre, la baignoire balnéo fonctionne parfaitement, c'était très agréable surtout en cette période froide. Les matelas (chambre et clic clac) sont confortables, une clim permet de gérer la température.

The apartment was just like in the pictures, very clean and full equipped. We had coffee, tea and water complement from them. The bed was comfortable and we had everything that we needed. The bathroom was great. The entrance is a little bit strange but the apartment is with modern interior. The apartment is in the ground floor, the street is not so busy so the nights were quiet. The neighbourhood is very lively and full with restaurants and cafes.
