The first thing you notice is the bathtub — a proper balneo, jets and all, tucked into a small modern bathroom that takes the edge off a long walking day.
The studio runs 25 square metres on a single level, with air conditioning, blackout curtains, and a double bed with built-in storage. A sofa bed in the living room sleeps two more. The kitchen faces the street, so expect a little Parisian hum with your morning coffee.
You're in the 7e, which means Rue Cler is your local — the cheese shops, the flower stall, the café tables that spill onto the pavement before 8am. The Champ-de-Mars sits a few blocks west.
It suits a couple who wants a jacuzzi soak after the Musée d'Orsay, or four friends who don't mind close quarters in exchange for this address. Self check-in, l'équipe on call if you need us.
Step out and the rue Cler is already awake — a fishmonger hosing down the pavement, the smell of roast chicken from the rôtisserie, an old man buying one croissant and reading Le Figaro standing up. The Tour Eiffel sits two streets away, but le quartier behaves as if it doesn't, which is the point.
For coffee, Café Roussillon at the corner of rue de Grenelle is the one — zinc bar, regulars in suits before 9h, an espresso drunk standing for €1.50. Order it serré and ask for a verre d'eau; that's how the neighbourhood does its mornings, and nobody has bothered to change the choreography in forty years.

Great location and overall a good stay, which is why I am giving 5 stars. I especially appreciated being able to drop off our luggage before check-in. However, future guests should know that the apartment is very small. We were one adult and two children, and the space felt cramped. With a suitcase open, there was barely room to move around. In my opinion, it is best suited for one or two people. Storage is limited, with no closet, drawers, luggage rack, or enough hangers.

Jacques is a very kind and responsive host, after our stay we had an issue (no related to the apartment) and she helped us very fast, efficiently, and in a very good manner and mood, thank you so much Jacques. Much appreciate it. Regarding the flat, is very comfortable, and very clean. New Air conditioner, excellent for the 33 degres in Paris; the bed was super comfortable, the sheets very clean, enough pillows and towels.
