A private entrance on a quiet street, the morning light already warm by the time you step inside. This is ground-floor living in Nice, with the beach just minutes on foot.
The bathroom here does the heavy lifting — a sauna and jacuzzi tucked behind the same door, the kind of indulgence you don't expect in a city apartment. Two bedrooms, a full kitchen, space enough for six to spread out.
Outside, the quartier hums at its own pace. The Promenade des Anglais stretches along the water, and the morning markets of Cours Saleya are close enough for a coffee run before the crowds arrive.
This one suits friends or family who want the beach without the hotel, and a reason to stay in after dark. The sauna makes a strong case.
Step out and the light does the work first — that Niçois glare bouncing off ochre façades, the smell of socca cooking somewhere on a plancha, scooters threading between palm trees. The sea is a few blocks down, close enough that you check the weather by the colour of the water rather than your phone.
Cours Saleya is the anchor — flower market until 13h30, antiques on Mondays, and the line at Thérésa's socca stand that moves faster than it looks. Order a portion with extra pepper, eat it standing, walk it off along the Promenade. L'équipe will tell you to go early; by noon le marché is shoulder to shoulder and the good tomatoes are gone.

Apartament petit però amb tot l'equipament necessari. Tot i que és un baix poc ventilat i hi fa calor, disposa d'aire acondicionat i ventiladors que fan l'ambient agradable. Molta humitat al lavabo i feia olor a claveguera, havies de tenir la porta del lavabo sempre tancada. tot i això, apartament molt net, cuina i lavabo impeclaables, disposa de rentaplats, cafetera de càpsules i estris de cuina necessaris. Llits i sofà llit bastant còmodes, coixins millorables.

Everything was perfect. Check- in was easy as the instructions were very clear. We were able to find the house very easily because it had a big and clear golden ‘D’ on the door. I was able to put in the code that was provided a day before my trip and gain access to the keys from the lock. The place was very clean and looked exactly like the photos and as it was described. In terms of location, everywhere was in a walking distance as it was close to the city centre and sea.

Da migliorare Positive: La vicinanza a tutto Negative: La struttura era poco curata. Eravamo in 5 e avevamo solo 2 rotoli di carta igienica per 3 giorni, niente sapone( bottiglie vuote) . Solo un asciugamano per la faccia e le asciugamani/accappatoio. Sotto il divano calzini sporchi non so di chi. La casa era un po’ fredda , c’era riscaldamento in bagno e niente nelle camere. Nella sala/cucina un condizionatore che dava aria calda di lato e fredda sopra.
