Push open the door on a quiet Latin Quarter street and the first thing you notice is the sauna — cedar-warm, tucked into the bathroom like a small private secret.
Forty-five square meters, cleverly folded into three sleeping spaces and a jacuzzi bath for the slow end of the evening. The kitchen is open and properly kitted; the living room converts when the group grows to nine. Opaque window filters keep the street at arm's length.
You're a few minutes from rue Mouffetard, where the morning marché spills oysters and cheese onto the pavement and the café tables never quite empty. The Jardin des Plantes is the other direction, for slower mornings.
It suits a family or a group of friends who want to spread out without leaving the 5e. What they remember is the sauna after a long day of walking — the small unlikely luxury of it, in the middle of Paris.
Step out and the first thing is the slope — rue Mouffetard tilting downhill, the smell of butter from the boulangerie already open, a student cyclist braking too hard on the wet cobbles. By 8h the fruit sellers are stacking crates outside the épicerie, the café on the corner has its terrace wiped down, and someone is walking a small dog past the Roman ruins as if they were a bus stop.
The anchor is Le Verre à Pied, a zinc-bar tabac halfway down rue Mouffetard that hasn't changed its wallpaper since the 1960s. Order a café at the counter, standing, one euro twenty — this is where market traders take their morning break, and the whole quartier still passes through before the tourists find it.

convenient location off of a low traffic street. there's a couple very private restaurants on the street and an art studio. around the less than 1 block away you will find, stores, Cafés and restaurants in pretty much any direction. Notre Dame is about a 6 minute walk, The Louvre 21 min walk, the subway 6 minute walk. The place is right out of a Scandinavian magazine. minimalist, clean designs in each area. Great use of space. with 5 adults and 4 children it worked out well.

We had a great stay. The apartment’s excellent central location made it easy to explore Paris, and the air conditioning was fantastic, even during the record high temperatures we had the misfortune of experiencing. The space worked well for our family and was comfortable overall. A few more basic supplies, such as dish soap, laundry detergent, and trash bags, would have made the stay even better.

The apartment was great. The location was perfrct, close enough to everything to be walkable but off the Main Street in a quaint neighborhood. We had 9 people that stayed here. For 9 there were enough beds and it was great having two bathrooms. It was a bit small to “hang out” in for 9 people but for us it worked very well. There were lots of extra special amenities like the espresso machine and little packets with sugar and cookies :) Great host. Highly recommend.
