Rue de la Fédération wakes up slowly — a boulanger pulling up his shutter, the hum of the RER two blocks over, the Eiffel Tower catching light at the end of the street.
Inside, 43 square metres arranged with intent: two bedrooms behind their own doors, a kitchen that opens to a table for six, and — the surprise — a jacuzzi tucked into the master bedroom. Air conditioning, blackout curtains, fast Wi-Fi.
The quartier is Grenelle at its most everyday-Parisian. Walk five minutes to the Champ-de-Mars, or ten to the covered market on rue Saint-Charles for oysters and Comté on a Sunday morning.
It suits a family, or two couples splitting the bedrooms for a long weekend. Most will remember the tower glinting through the window — and the hot tub, after a day of walking.
Step out and the Tour Eiffel is simply there, framed at the end of the street the way a neighbour might be — no fanfare, just iron against the sky. The 15e wakes early: joggers looping the Champ-de-Mars before seven, the boulangerie on rue Cler queuing by eight, a florist on avenue de la Bourdonnais dragging buckets of peonies onto the pavement.
For le matin, walk to rue Cler — a pedestrian market street that has kept its butchers, cheesemongers and café terraces intact. Sit at Café Central, order a noisette and a tartine beurrée, and watch the quartier do its shopping the way it has for decades. It's the closest thing Paris has to a village, five minutes from la maison.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, making us feel welcome the moment we arrived. The location was excellent, and everything we needed was easily accessible. Communication was always quick, friendly, and helpful, which made the entire experience stress-free. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had.

We loved our stay. The location was really perfect for us. Close enough to the Eiffel Tower that we finished every evening timing our walk home to watch the tower sparkle. But, far enough from the tower that we had lots of good food options nearby that weren't tourist traps. There's a cafe right next door that makes the perfect morning stop for your espresso. There was a boulangerie around the corner that was also delicious.

Great place! I was traveling with my family, and there was plenty of room for all of us. There is only one full bathroom, but the main room has a sink and mirror setup, which was really convenient. The apartment is beautiful, but it is right off the street, so it can get a bit noisy. I like big cities, so it didn’t bother me. There’s also an amazing Thai restaurant next door that was excellent. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.
