Most apartments sold in Paris as "4 people" are, in reality, one-bedroom apartments with a sofa bed in the salon. It works for a night; it starts to wear thin by the third morning, when one person wants a coffee at seven and the other is still asleep next to the kettle. The apartments on this page are different:two separate bedrooms, each with a door, plus a living room where no one has to sleep.
This is precisely the configuration two couples travelling together are looking for — parents with teenagers, or three colleagues on a week-long work trip. Compared with two hotel rooms, you gain a kitchen, a washing machine in each apartment, and an evening spent in the same room rather than down a corridor.
Rates vary by season and district. As a guide, our two-bedroom apartments start just above €100 a night in the residential 17th arrondissement, sit between €150 and €270 in the 15th, the 2nd, or the Quartier Latin, and reach €250 to €400 in Le Marais, Saint-Germain, or a few streets from the tour Eiffel. Spread across four to six guests, that's generally less per person than a mid-range hotel — and that's before the breakfasts you'll make at home.
The price shown after you select your dates is the total price: cleaning and tourist tax are included, and stays of a week or more often benefit from a weekly rate.
These are our own apartments, managed by our équipe in Paris. Booking direct rather than through a platform gets you5% off the nightly rate, instant confirmation and a single point of contact from your first question through to check-out. Arrival is fully self-guided, around the clock — a late flight is never an issue. Travelling with children? Ourfamily apartments in Parisalso include three-bedroom apartments.
How many guests can a two-bedroom apartment accommodate?
Four people across the two bedrooms, and up to six when the maison has a proper sofa bed in the salon. The maximum is shown on each listing, and the booking form won't let you go beyond it.
Is a two-bedroom apartment cheaper than two hotel rooms in Paris?
For the same district and the same season, generally yes — and you also get a kitchen and a living room. The gap is most significant for stays of four nights or more.
What is the minimum length of stay?
Between one and three nights depending on the apartment and dates. Each listing's calendar shows the minimum as soon as you select an arrival date.
Do you offer two-bedroom apartments with air conditioning?
Yes, a good number of them do, mainly in Le Marais, the 2nd, 7th, and 16th. Air conditioning is listed under each apartment's amenities.
Can I check in late at night?
Yes. Check-in is self-service and available 24/7; you'll receive access instructions before you leave home.
