Finding an apartment in Paris for eight people usually ends in compromise: four hotel rooms across three floors, or two apartments on different streets. The apartments on this page avoid that problem. They have three or four proper bedrooms, a living room large enough for everyone at once, and a kitchen with a table that seats the whole group — so the trip is lived together, not managed over group chat.

They suit large families, groups of friends travelling together, and teams in Paris for a trade show or offsite who'd rather debrief around a table than in a hotel lobby.

What it costs per person

Our large apartments range from around €330 to €500 per night depending on the season. For eight travellers, that works out to roughly €40 to €65 per person — right in the heart of Paris, with a kitchen, for the price of a night in a budget hotel on the outskirts. The total shown after selecting your dates includes cleaning and the tourist tax; nothing is added at check-in.

Where they are

Almost all are in the historic centre, within walking distance of one another: Le Marais and the streets around the Centre Pompidou in the 3rd and 4th arrondissements, Sentier–Montorgueil in the 2nd, and the Quartier latin on the left bank. From any of them, the Louvre, Notre-Dame and the Seine are walkable — which matters when ten people move at the pace of the slowest.
